Subscriptions and plan access

Find your current plan, choose a subscription, and understand feature access.

Check your current plan

Your account card in the dashboard drawer shows your email, plan badge, and OSINT credits. Choose Subscription at the bottom of the drawer to open the plan page. On screens with the narrow navigation rail, the Settings icon opens the same page.

  1. Open Subscription and find Current Plan. Paid subscribers see Manage Your Plan, with their plan name and allowance.
  2. Review the details shown for your account. If you have just returned from checkout, select Refresh Subscription Status before assuming the old plan is still active.
  3. Use Back to Dashboard to return to your cases.

Choose Pro or Agency

Nexus offers Pro and Agency subscriptions. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance and access to its supported investigation tools and workspace features.

The plan selection screen shows the purchase options available to you. Check the displayed price, billing interval, credit allowance, and included capabilities before continuing to checkout.

  1. Open Subscription to see Choose Your Plan. If the dashboard shows Subscription Required, select View Plans.
  2. Choose Pro or Agency and review the checkout confirmation before paying.
  3. Complete checkout, return to Nexus, and select Refresh Subscription Status to confirm your plan and credit allowance.
PlanCredit allowanceExamples of access
Pro150 credits per monthCore investigations and case-file management, plus Bank & payment intel, tasks, custody controls, and PDF reports.
Agency300 credits per monthEverything in Pro, plus entity correlation, breach analytics, and encrypted investigation notes.

Change an existing subscription

Select Change Plan from Manage Your Plan, or from Your Plan in the Manage Subscription dialog opened by Add credits. Existing paid subscribers are sent to the Stripe portal to change their subscription. Review the proposed charge and effective date there before confirming; then return to Nexus and refresh subscription status.

Example
You have enough credits but a tool shows a required-plan badge. Open View plans to compare access. Buying extra credits alone does not change your plan or unlock that capability.

Understand a locked feature

A restricted feature can show a plan badge, a disabled action, or a preview with View plans. The preview states that no operation has been started. Checking plan access… means Nexus is still loading your access information. If access remains wrong after an upgrade, refresh the subscription status and contact support with the plan and feature names.
