Read the results

Check the record source, identity details, dates, and what the notice actually alleges. This Skill’s reviewed scope is Hong Kong ICAC, not all wanted-person systems. Keep allegations separate from adjudicated findings. A matching name does not establish that the candidate is your subject, prove guilt, or confirm that a warrant remains valid; preserve identity differences and unavailable current-status information.
