Risk change review
Compare retained risk assessments for an existing subject in the current case.
When to use it
Use this when your case already contains a saved risk subject and retained assessments to compare. Open a relevant Evidence link, find Risk assessments, and copy the subject ID shown beside Assessment history. The form requires that saved ID, not the subject’s name. If no subject ID is available, contact support before running this Skill; the example ID below cannot substitute for a saved subject.
Before you start
Available on Pro and Agency. Fill every required field. Example values below illustrate the form; replace them with your intended subject.
| Field | Required | What to enter |

Read the results
Read changes between the last two retained assessments, including source changes, coverage gaps, and unresolved identity decisions. Fewer saved assessments can limit the comparison. A removed record or retired source is not evidence of clearance. This Skill reviews stored information and does not perform a fresh provider search. It does not activate monitoring; use it as a manual review of the case’s retained history.
