Read the results
Check the identity candidate, source date, concluded action, and any reported penalty. The reviewed scope is US NFA and excludes complaints; it is not a search of all regulators or all allegations. If the source does not disclose a penalty, leave it unknown. Keep the identity match separate from the record’s relevance, and avoid extending a stated outcome beyond what the cited record supports.
