Check which fields are present, redacted, historical, or unavailable. Registration and update dates describe the record and should be interpreted in their stated context. A privacy service or registrar is not necessarily the registrant you are researching. Follow the cited evidence before linking a registration to a person or company, and record gaps when the public record cannot support that connection.
