Payments, top-ups and cancellation
Buy extra credits, manage payment methods and invoices, and cancel a subscription.
Open billing management
The portal opens in a new browser tab. If nothing appears after an opening message, check whether your browser blocked the tab. Review the portal's displayed amounts, dates, and confirmation details before committing a billing change.
- Open Subscription from the dashboard drawer. If you have a paid subscription, choose Manage Billing on Current Plan.
- Alternatively, select Add credits on your account card, then Manage under Billing Management in the Manage Subscription dialog.
- In the Stripe Customer Portal, review the available payment-method and invoice options. Use the billing documents offered there when you need an invoice or payment receipt.
- Return to Nexus and select Refresh Subscription Status if you changed your subscription.
Buy additional credits
A low-credit warning can also offer Top up. A top-up adds credits to the existing account; choose Change Plan separately if you need access to a capability your plan does not include. Credit Purchases on the Usage page provides the recorded purchase amount and date.
- On the dashboard account card, select Add credits.
- In Additional Credits, use Pack size to choose an available pack for your subscription.
- Select Buy Credits. Check the price shown at checkout and complete the payment only if the offer is correct.
- Return to Nexus. A successful purchase verification displays Credits Added! and updates your account. Use Refresh credits on the account card to check the balance if needed.
Cancel a subscription
- Open Manage Billing, or Manage under Billing Management.
- Use the cancellation option in the Stripe Customer Portal and read the effective date and terms it presents.
- Complete the portal's confirmation steps and retain the confirmation for your records.
- Return to Nexus and refresh subscription status. If the account display and portal disagree, contact support with the confirmation details.
Resolve a failed payment
The Payment Failed banner offers Update Payment, which opens the payment-method flow. Dismissing the warning only hides it; it does not resolve the payment. If billing shows Setup Required or Billing plans are unavailable, contact support. These messages are not instructions to create or configure a Stripe business account.
