Review the normalized number before relying on any enrichment. Separate numbering information, line type, carrier, and collection limitations. These fields can help assess whether a number is plausible in the stated context, but they do not identify its current subscriber or the person using a device. If the number is publicly advertised by a business, a separate business-listing investigation can assess that advertised association.
