Validate and export a batch of identifiers

Run bulk bank-identifier checks and understand which results are saved, copied or exported.

Prepare the list

Open Bank & payment intel, then select Bulk. This tab accepts text with one identifier per line. It shares the tool's Pro or Agency plan requirement and displays the account's available credits and validation cost.

  1. Choose Detection Mode. Auto-detect supports a mixed list; Force IBAN or Force BIC applies that type to every line.
  2. For BBAN entries, include the country prefix in CC:BBAN format. Choose Force BBAN (CC:BBAN format) when the whole list contains those entries.
  3. Paste the list into Identifiers (one per line), then select Validate All.
  4. Wait while Processing… is shown. Review each card in Validation Results, including Invalid outcomes and their error text.
Example
A mixed review list can contain an IBAN on one line, a BIC on another, and a BBAN prefixed with its two-letter country code on a third. Use Auto-detect for that mixture. Use the separate LEI tab when you want to specify LEI explicitly; Bulk does not offer a Force LEI choice.

Choose findings to retain

The result dialog initially selects every result. Use Select All or individual card checkboxes to change the selection. Save to Case applies to the selected results and requires an active case. Add to Graph also uses the selection and requires graph access.

An unrecognized entry or missing BBAN country prefix can produce an invalid result. Correct the original input and run the intended batch again. Validation checks identifier structure; it does not establish who owns an account or verify a proposed payment.

Export the latest bulk results

Both actions export the entire latest bulk result set, including invalid rows. The result-dialog selection does not filter these exports. The export contains the input and outcome summary; it is not the complete set of extracted fields shown on every result card.

  1. Close the result dialog to return to the Bulk form. After a bulk result is available, Export CSV and Copy JSON appear.
  2. Select Export CSV to download bank-payment-validation.csv. Its columns are Type, Input, Valid, and Errors.
  3. Select Copy JSON to place the corresponding result rows on your clipboard. Paste them into your intended destination and review the content before sharing.

Check the batch before sharing
